Hi, I’m Liesl, I provide a full service leadership facilitation & coaching consultancy. I partner with corporate teams, executives, entrepreneurs, and private individuals, as they transition through organisational, professional and personal change.
My Story
My official line: I’m a leadership facilitator and executive coach and accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF) as Associate Certified Coach (ACC). I hold a MPhil in Business Coaching (Cum laude) and have been working in the Human Resources field for the past 25 years. I have worked as HR executive in various industries, including manufacturing and retail, and have lived and/or worked in Europe, Asia and Africa.
My bottom line: I believe that you have to celebrate leadership and life, and not just tolerate it. I believe that smarts alone is not enough to deliver effectiveness, and that courage and heart are true differentiators of successful leaders. And, I absolutely believe that we are never too old to change and learn new behaviours.
I’ve been married to Gert for long enough to know how lucky I am and we have an amazing daughter, Isabelle.
